*All reservations paid in advance-3-day stay on Holiday Weekends. Full refund 7 days prior minus $10.00 processing fee. Holidays - no refund unless site is rented minus $10.00 processing fee.
*You may apply full rental amount to another date without losing the processing fee (subject to availablity). Less than 7 days cancellation, rental amount will be applied to another date in current or future season, $10 processing fee applies. |
